These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain how you may access and use the Loumirage website, products and services provided by Loumirage LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By browsing our website, placing an order or using any part of our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase our products.

In short, we promise to treat you and your data with respect — and we ask you to use our website and products responsibly.

2. Eligibility & Age Limit

Our website and products are intended for individuals aged 14 and over. By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 14 years old and have legal capacity to enter into a contract in your country.

3. Important Disclaimer – No Medical Advice

Loumirage lenses are cosmetic coloured contact lenses and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition.

  • We do not provide medical or eye-care advice.
  • Always consult a qualified eye-care professional (optometrist / ophthalmologist) before using contact lenses, especially if you are new to lenses or have any eye conditions.
  • Use our products only in accordance with professional recommendations and the instructions provided with the lenses.

By using our lenses, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk and that you are responsible for following safe lens-wear practices.

4. Website Use & Account

When you use our website, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account or placing an order.
  • Keep your login details confidential and not share your account with others.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
  • Not use the website for any illegal or harmful purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or are used in an abusive or fraudulent way.

5. Medical Device Compliance & Prescription Verification

Loumirage coloured contact lenses are classified as medical devices in many jurisdictions. We act as a distributor of CE-certified contact lenses manufactured in South Korea in facilities compliant with ISO 13485, ISO 9001 and GMP standards. Our products comply with applicable EU Medical Device Regulation (MDR) requirements and are certified accordingly.

Prescription Lenses

Where prescription (dioptric) lenses are available, the customer confirms at the time of purchase that:

• they have a valid and current prescription issued by a licensed optometrist or ophthalmologist;
• the prescription information provided is accurate and up to date;
• they are legally permitted to purchase prescription contact lenses in their country of residence.

Loumirage does not independently verify prescriptions unless required by mandatory local law. Responsibility for ensuring compliance with local prescription requirements lies with the purchaser. By completing a purchase of prescription lenses, you expressly confirm that you meet all legal requirements applicable in your jurisdiction.

International Sales

Loumirage sells products internationally. Customers are responsible for ensuring that contact lenses may be legally purchased and imported into their country.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or restrict orders if required by regulatory obligations in specific jurisdictions.

 

5. Products, Descriptions & Availability

We aim to describe our lenses and other products as accurately as possible, including colour, pattern and effect. However:

  • Colours may appear differently on different screens and on different natural eye colours.
  • Minor variations in shade or pattern may occur between batches.
  • All products are offered subject to availability; we may limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.

If a product is unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you to offer alternatives, a replacement, store credit or a refund.

6. Orders & Contract Formation

When you place an order on our website:

  • You submit an offer to purchase the products in your cart.
  • We may accept or decline your order at our discretion (for example, due to stock, payment issues or legal restrictions).
  • A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel any order before shipment and refund you in full, for example in case of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing or regulatory constraints (such as temporary restrictions on shipping to certain countries).

7. Prices, Payments & Currency

Product prices, discounts and shipping costs are shown at checkout in the available currency for your region.

  • We may update prices and promotions at any time.
  • All payments must be made using the methods offered at checkout (for example, card payments, PayPal or other processors).
  • Your bank or payment provider may apply additional fees, currency conversion or charges beyond our control.

If a clear pricing error occurs (for example, a lens listed at £0.01 by mistake), we are not obliged to honour the incorrect price and may cancel the affected order with a full refund.

8. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

Shipping, delivery times and destination details are described in our separate Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By placing an order, you also agree to the Shipping Policy.

Risk in the products passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address you provided, or when you (or a person you nominate) take physical possession of the parcel.

9. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our approach to returns, refunds and exchanges is set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it carefully before placing an order, especially in relation to hygiene restrictions and prescription lenses.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Loumirage website — including text, graphics, logos, photos, videos, product names, packaging designs and branding — is owned by or licensed to Loumirage LTD and is protected by intellectual property laws.

  • You may view, share and use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or exploit our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

11. User Content, Photos & Reviews

If you choose to share content with us (for example reviews, photos, videos, testimonials or social media tags using our brand), you:

  • confirm that the content is your own or that you have the right to share it;
  • grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, repost, edit and share that content on our website, social media and marketing materials, in connection with Loumirage;
  • agree that we may show your username or first name alongside your content (where relevant).

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any rights you may have to bring a claim in your local courts as a consumer.
